Love Sebastian

We really enjoyed the house, sitting on the upstairs porch and listening to the bands at Earls. We also enjoyed the pool and the coy pond, and that it was 2 minutes from everything. Great property. Thank you

Good location but home needs updates

Down in Sebastian to visit family. Home is old with character, right on railroad track. But easy to get used to trains. The bathrooms severely need remodeling! We were unable to get shower to work in downstairs bathroom as shower head and fixtures extremely rusty and bathtub in VERY poor condition. The kitchen was remodeled and very nice...

Lovely home is walking distance to the river and restaurants

We all enjoyed our stay -- the historic home, pool, large fenced yard, proximity to restaurants and water sports. Samantha was very responsive and friendly. We'd love to go back!
