"Everything was beautiful once we got into our room.However, we started off on a bad foot when the room was not ready at 4 o'clock. There was a delay in the cleaning process , and we had to sit in the lobby waiting after driving and being at a celebration of life for the afternoon. We had gotten there and we're so excited to check in and then it was a bummer to have to sit there and wait."
