Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home on the Sebastian River. This home is part of a 4 home resort style property that sits on the1.7 acres. The large yard is a hidden treasure with 3 semi-private boat docks, shared only by our guests, and endless views. Imagine rolling out of bed to grab a cup of coffee and seeing Dolphins and Manatee swim right out your back door. This home is the 1900 sq' main house (Name - Reel House), it contains 3 bedrooms / 2 baths and contains a recently updated Theater Room. The Master Suit - King sized bed, Newley remolded shower, nicely decorated, huge master closet. Bedroom 2 - Beautiful Queen sized bedroom set, shares main bath that has been newly remolded. Bedroom 3- Two Twin size beds that can be made up into a king if needed. Theater Room - Two Twin foldaway chair beds. Every home is completely private with all needed amenities. The property is located immediately adjacent to the Florida East Coast Railway. There is potential for noise all hours of the day and night. The average number of trains per day can vary greatly based on needs, however, we can speculate that 4-6 trains per 24 hours is about the average. Most trains pass in approximately 1-3 minutes. We have found that most guests find this to be little to no bother and many even enjoy the trains. Shared Spaces: Parking, yard, and docks. Guests agree to the following prior to booking: \-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors. \-Pets are not allowed on furniture and droppings must be cleaned from the yard. \-Non-disclosed pets will be considered a major house rule violation and may result in dismissal from the property. \-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans. \-This is a quiet family neighborhood - no loud music/parties/large gatherings. \-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping. \-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Each time we visit the owner has made more upgrades. If you fish, the dock is great for your boat or for just casting into the river. We’ve caught tarpon, snook and big jacks right of the dock. The view of the Indian River was spectacular and loved fishing of the docks on the property. The kitchen was beautiful and I had everything I needed. We like to pack light and the laundry room was equipped with great washer/dryer. We also really enjoyed the home theater. Only two observations that would have been nice was bedrooms didn’t get as cool as rest of house so it took a couple nights to adjust to higher temp than used to and would have been nice to have had the large back yard mowed for easier access to river and docks. Overall I would recommend this property with a four and a half out of five stars. ##### Jacqueline M. House is Updated, Clean Beautiful and a great location! Riverfront with docks & fenced for pets & kids.Great location for a large family and two other rentals on property if you have a large gathering! Craig responded Immediately to any questions. Neighbors are super nice. Lot's of parking and Location is convenient to beach, town(s) and fishing. Theater room is a bonus for bad weather days. We bring our own devices & had no issues after a few "reboots" We will stay again if our travels bring us this way. We love trains so the Lumbering freight haulers running 55+ mph caressed our sleep and the Brightline 2 engine 4 passengers zipping pass at 70 + mph did not blow their horns crossing the bridge. Kids grand-kids and adult kids, if you love trains like we do spend a few nights you will not regret it! ##### Ray M. My family was quite excited when we checked in this house. The property looks outdated on the outside but very well kept on the inside. Great waterfront view with a fishing/boat dock in the back. However, this property is right next to the railroad which it runs almost all day (even at midnight and again at 4am). The worst part was the railroads needed some repair when my family was there so the pounding sounds started from 8am to 4pm. It was impossible to relax. Other than the railroad issues everything about this house was great. ##### Taylor C.
