Welcome to Seabrook Island 2631 SBI Rd, a cozy beach house with golf course views, multiple gathering spaces, and located a convenient distance from the Lakehouse, Pelican Beach, the Seabrook Island Beach Club, golf, tennis, the marina, and Freshfields Village. Even Kiawah Island is a short, scenic drive down the road, making it an ideal retreat for families and friends alike. The owners of this sweet beach home are excited to share their slice of paradise with guests who love the island as much as they do. Adorned in a palette of bright beachy colors, reminiscent of Key West, guests enter into an open floor plan. The living area features plush sofas, multiple seating, a decorative fireplace, and dining area. The space is perfect for gathering after a sunny day at the beach or enjoying board games on a rainy day. The living area extends into a sunroom, with a wall of windows looking out upon the tropical foliage, the canopy of ancient live oak trees, and the fairway of the acclaimed Crooked Oaks golf course. A small deck area outside this space is a favorite spot for morning coffee. Down the three steps, an enchanting outdoor space, where you can enjoy al fresco dining on the deck, complete with a grill for those summer barbecues awaits. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 3 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.
