"The property is on the expensive side and the room conditions did not reflect the price. The hotels rooms could use updating and amenities to reflect the cost. The maintenance staff on the property worked tirelessly to ensure the property and beach looked nice. There was considerable effort that business/corporate events went well at the expense of paying guests. "

"Perfect Florida getaway home. The pool is amazing. We brought some floats & floated our stress away. The host is super attentive & a great communicator. We really enjoyed the comfort of the home, the quiet neighborhood & close proximity to beaches, restaurants & shopping. The walking path leads you directly to the beach without crossing an major roads. We plan on returning next year!"

"Exceptional experience. As you walk in the room, you are awestruck by a wall of blue ocean framed by a beautiful interior. The turn down experience was incredible, chocolates, sleep masks, slippers, and more. The massage at the spa was pricey, but one of the best quality massages I’ve ever experienced. The spa itself is a nice space as well, with a hot tub, cold plunge and other features that are elevated."

House has all the beach needs - chairs, umbrella, coolers and bikes if you want to ride including an adult three wheeler with a basket that you can load your beach stuff. Naples Park is 91-100’s Streets is an interesting area going through gentrification with some tear down new homes in the 2M. Lovely neighborhood and friendly neighbors. My pup B really love it. "
