"There seemed to be some confusion over our room we tried to rectify it straight away especially as there was no light in the bathroom, but no one was at reception desk. So was sorted next day. The room was changed and was more like what we had booked, it was clean but basic. Im not sure I’d go back there again. On Expedia it said you could get food at an additional fee. No such service. If I’m honest I was disappointed with it. "

"Though the hotel room is small in size, it has every thing. The breakfast was excellent. First time, we reached to the hotel by walking. It takes 10-8 min from the Luzern Station. Hotel provides a free bus card for the more convenience. Bus Stop is across from the hotel. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and some other restaurants. There is pizza/pasta and bar close to the hotel (across from the gas station) which opens until 11:00 pm. I like the hotel"

The hotel itself was very close to the busy train station and walkable in 5 minutes.Lovely breakfast area with a small buffet breakfast.Would reccomend this hotel.Remember to bring a swiss plug adapter bcos our european 2 pin plugs didnt fit into their funny shaped sockets!!
