« Accueil glacial la personne nous a donné le numéro de chambre et on ne la plus vue jusqu'au départ. Les draps jaunis et pas assez de couverture mais personne pour demander. Déjeuner correct mais pas régional, 19km de Montjoie, la vue sur le lac est imaginaire. Madame rentre dans la chambre pour couper le chauffage pas le diminuer mais le couper. »

"Premier séjour en Allemagne en hôtel et le personnel ne sourit pas c'est sûr! Hors de question de généraliser. La gestion du petit déjeuner a été catastrophique. Arrivés à 9h30 pour une clôture annoncée pour 10 h. C'est tôt, j'ai souvent vu 11h ailleurs dans le monde. Comme il y a beaucoup de monde, il manque . On pense avoir le temps de revenir mais à 10h02, le personnel ferme l'accès via un rideau. Quelques personnes sont encore à l'intérieur 2,3 personnes se précipitent pour avoir un dernier café. Las, tout est déjà débranché et une employée CRIE de sortir car il est 10h!! Jamais vu une telle aggressivité vis-à-vis de clients. "
