« Property manager canceled my stay with no notice. I had already driven a great distance to be there. Took several days for them to issue the refund despite the fact that they canceled the reservation same day. Actually they told me I had to cancel the reservation on my end. I assume this was so they would still get the money from the reservation, but I called to cancel it and explain the situation. Long story short don’t book here. »

I texted the host but got no response. There was brown stains on the memory foam mat in the kitchen and spider webs in the bathroom that we had to clean. « The apartment was perfect, nice size and clean. A perfect location to Williamsburg, Bush Gardens, and Water Country. Located in a quiet community and the apartment looks out on the lake. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again. The host was nice and prompt with answers to our questions. A nice restaurant within the community too »
