"Great for central location for metro, trains and attractions. We didn’t eat there, so unable to comment on that, staff helped with any questions we had. No kettle in room, shame you have to pay for that facility. Comfortable beds and good sound proofing too."

"The hotel is a two stop tram ride from central station. It was nice to have a nice hotel just outside the hustle and bustle. The hotel did not have air conditioning which created a few warm nights sleep. Dyson fans were provided but the one duvet did not leave opportunity to remove some blankets. You either slept with the blanket on or completely off. Also water refill stations on each floor would have been helpful. Having to go down to check in each time you wanted to fill your bottle was fine but a bit inconvenient."

"The staff at the hotel were fantastic. The rooms were very nice and clean. Nice lounge up above where they serve breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, this was one of the best we had while visiting Europe. Truly a beautiful hotel and great atmosphere!"

"Fairly easy access hotel with onsite parking (though a bit pricy), excellent staff support, and high quality onsite restaurant. Price is good for hotel with good road access towards Amsterdam city, but is not in the city center region."

"Room was very compact, bed a good size and the air conditioning was definitely needed as no windows in room. The light box added the daylight effect but no window was unexpected. Using your phone as door key works well. Drawers under bed were needed as so little room to move once actually in. Did not get sent the email to check in during the day, so had to get that resent, staff were helpful in sorting that out."
