Beautiful location, friendly staff and perfect for families holiday. Only downside, the toilet were a bit smelly, may be due to the canal nearby or the sewage system. A toilet freshner would be really helpful to win the odour. A bit of dust on heaters and curtains, but overall it is in a winning location.
I would have liked to be inform that we have to bring our towels, shampoo etc. The give soap for dishwasher but there is non dishwasher??? an air conditionning would have been appreciated.
Snack bar open too late (around 3pm) so no possibility to by what is missing all day.
The site itself is very nice and houses quite good

Europarcs is a lovely place that has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, they're not living up to their full potential. We arrived at our tiny house, which was dirty, there was dirt, dust, and hair underneath the table and in corners, as well as MOLD behind the toilet and downstairs beds. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, no towels, plenty of dishes in the kitchen with no paper towels, no dishwashing liquid, and all the dishes were put away in the cabinet, dirty. We went to the office and the staff was amiable and accommodating. They explained that towels were an additional cost. I have never heard of this, nor was there an option to "pay extra" upon booking. They gave us towels for "free" a roll of toilet paper and a super tiny bottle of dishwashing liquid so we could wash all the half-washed dishes. I am a writer and I rely on Wi-Fi to complete my work. I was told that there was a problem with the Wi-Fi in my house, but I could use the service from a nearby house. The first night, the Wi-Fi didn't work from either of those houses, so I missed out on an assignment that went past the deadline. When the Wi-Fi did start working from the other house (it never worked in mine throughout the entire 10 days), it was very intermittent and unreliable. ALSO, IT WAS NEVER MADE CLEAR THAT YOU CAN LEAVE THE PARK ANYTIME, BUT IF YOU RETURN AFTER 11 PM, YOU ARE LOCKED OUT AND MUST PARK SOMEWHERE OUTSIDE THE GATE AND WALK QUITE A WAYS IN THE RAIN BACK TO YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS!
We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The good had all the cutlery we needed. It's cozy and clean. With broom and vacuum cleaner. A few things we had to take care ourselves were all sorts of towels (bath, kitchen) and TP
The site is lovely, good for families with kids. Location is good to explore the area.
We arrived later for check in, but it was easy, with all necessary instructions to get the keys.
The house has great space, well equiped kitchen, but could be cleaner, especially the beds in the 2 bedrooms upstairs (we found socks from the previous guests under the bed).
There was no door in the shower cabin, which made us having some extra work after showering.
Staff was rude, decided to try and charge us 500 euro damage deposit which was never mentioned at all on the booking
Place wasnt wat we booked everything was closed no shop no resturant no pools and there were ants everywhere in the chalet
- Leaky roof
- unsafe staircase for small children
- questionable cleaning regime (relies on previous tenants to do a good job of cleaning and we found this to not be the case).
- restaurant was closed on tuesday’s and wednesday’s.
- drivers speeding on site and speed humps may damage the underside of your car even when doing less than 10km/h.
The location is lovely but management really need to resolve the cleanliness, safety and quality issues of their cabins.
We loved it so much we added another night! The little home was exceptionally clean. It comes with TV and cable, a dining table, couch, a kitchenette, dishes, utensils, dish washer, microwave, refrigerator, shower, and three rooms. The rooms are a bit small but they are comfortable. Bring your own linen if you can. Bring your own towels and hygiene kit. The resort is in a small town secluded from the cities but it has a little market and a restaurant. It is about a 25 min drive to Amsterdam. The reception office closes at 1600! So arrive early. If and when the reception office is closed they will help you at the restaurant.

Beautiful property, however the overall experience poor. There are no towels, toilet paper, dishwash liquid and cloths, dustin etc. We a family of 4 with 2 cars, only 1 car allowed to enter with other car to be parked outside the park. No entry or exit after 11pm at night - not ideal in case of emergencies. Blocked toilet, reported - no assistance. Overall not recommended accomodation as not a pleasant holiday experience.

Not impressed. Did not match the past reviews
On the surface this place looks good. The grounds are well maintained. However, on arrival the Germans in front of us were treated differently to the British.
The chalet was not clean, it looked like someone had quickly gone over it with a brush as there were clumps of hair in the kitchen and the rug in the living room was dirty. Luckily there was a hoover so we could clean, even though we should not have to. The bathroom needs to be bleached as it has black mould. We should not have to report these things as we are paying for clean room.
Most of the Chalets are surrounded by water and we made the mistake of leaving the doors open and were bitten badly by mosquitos. There is no shop on site, there is a "Snack bar" in the afternoons. The nearest shop is in West Graftdjik. We were very disappointed so tended to go off site every day and just come back to sleep. Please invest in mosquito plug ins as they are a must.
We arrived late and had agreed for a key to be put in a safe outside the park. There wasn't one. Called the emergency number ans after half an hour a staff member arrived. He took us to the cabin, which turned out to be occupied by someone else. Without many options as it was midnight, he put us in a spare cabin without heating, loo rolls etc.
Next morning at reception we complained and were moved to the correct cabin. Issues like this may happen, but it's the way in which the team dealt with it that was bad. Despite multiple requests for a refund for the first night we still haven't received this (only a token amount days later).
In the new cabin we had problems with the heating AGAIN, which were resolved after 2.5 hours. Also the overall appearance of the cabin wasn't great (scuff marks everywhere, tears in the sofa, etc).
In all, there seems to be no love or proper maintenance for the cabins, and a terrible reception attitude. Shame. Won't visit again.
We arrived after the office was closed but using the dropbox to get our key was quick and easy. The location was nice and the area was quiet. Perfect for a restful weekend.
The curtains of the chalet had been left open all day and the windows closed. It was sweltering inside and no airco or fans. Needless to say, a very uncomfortable night.
The drains in the bathroom smelt disgusting but due to security reasons, you couldn't leave the window open when you weren't there.
The floors were filthy and full of crumbs which meant that the ants were having a great time.
My car was even covered in ants the next morning.
The blind over the kitchen window was disgusting with dirt, grease and dead flies in the roller.
One wardrobe door was very hard to open and close. The track at the bottom was very dirty so that might have stopped the door from sliding easily.
Nothing was open except the outdoor pool which also needed a clean. No restaurants, snackbar, shop, indoor pool - nothing. But they don't tell you that when you book.
The grass needed cutting, hedges trimmed etc. All felt rather neglected.
Such a pity because the location and park seemed really great. A clean place would have given a completely different review.
