"The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. It was just a quick overnight stay on a long trip so we were looking for a good price. They exceeded expectations."

Overall, the walls and table surfaces could use a good scrubbing, because there was dirt/food buildup and smudges throughout. In retrospect, I should have just spent the extra $20-$30 to stay at a nearby Super 8, Motel 6 or Best Western."
