The property has level access from the car park at the rear of the property along with the use of two parking spaces. The Space: Admirals View is a recent development of high quality apartments with views over the south bay of Scarborough towards the Old Town and Castle headland. It is a two bedroom apartment which provides a spacious high quality apartment with two parking spaces and level access from the car park at the rear of the property. The bedroom and lounge have shared access to a private balcony with views out to sea. The Master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and also shares the balcony at the rear. A modern excellently equipped kitchen serves the dining lounge with a 'porthole' through to the kitchen it has both dishwasher and washing machine.. The apartment has internet available through out and is equipped with Smart TV in the lounge. Positioned just off the Coastal walks there is a well prepared path down to the beach on the south bay with access to the Spa and footpath to the Town and the sea front. Guest Access: There is a keybox for this property located on the side of our shop at 25 Ramshill Road, YO11 2LW. You will need to pick your key up from here before proceeding to your property. The Neighborhood: Holbeck Hill is an area of south cliff which is predominantly residential with a small number of second and holiday homes. Getting Around: There is a regular bus service that runs from just outside Admirals View straight up and down West Street to and from the town.
