"Rooms were awesome"

"There was a police conference happening, which we were not informed of. There were several hundred armed drunk officers everywhere you went, we were actively harassed by several of them while staff did nothing. Spoke to management and nothing was done."

"What a Beautiful Hotel. The staff was amazing and our room was perfect. We had a great stay at this location and our overall experience was just perfect from check in to breakfast in the morning. We would def stay here again the next time we are traveling across country."

"Facility allegedly non-smoking but our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and air freshener in an attempt to hide the smell. Light switch to shower/toilet area non functioning leaving the light always on. Toilet unstable. Mold forming on ceiling of shower. Shear curtains coming down off curtain rod. No fruit selections at breakfast. Only yogurt for protein selection. Lemonade only juice selection. Tables at breakfast area not clean. Staff was friendly."

"I believe it was “Karen” front desk clerk, who was mega gracious on our slightly early arrival after driving 22 hours from Minnesota. I was determined to overnight at Drury/Albq from a stay 2 years ago with our 21 Corvette Caravan to 30 yr anniversary of Bowling Green, Ky."

"Bro I've had this room reserved for like a month. I pull up at like 19 at night and i get told all the rooms are checked out? I just made a 9-10 hour drive for my room to be checked out? So the only good thing thay happened was they got me reserved at another hotel but like come on. "

"I would not stay here again simply because of the hotels lack of customer service. After giving our room to a couple checking in (after we had already checked in earlier that day), then on the phone trying to misplace blame stating “I don’t know why you’re even in that room”, they never even apologized for the mix up. Then the very next night my daughter got stung by a wasp in bed. When management was notified and I request a clean of the room and for the staff to assess the room to evaluate potential entry points, they refused. I let them know that when the door shuts completely there is still a wide gap between the door and the frame and they still refused an assessment and clean of the room. I finally asked them to simply change just the one set of bedsheets since my daughter was traumatized and felt there could be more wasps in the bed, and their response was “you can take the sheets off and bring them here and we’ll exchange them for clean ones for you to make the bed with”. The second night we also notified the front desk that the TV upstairs was not working even though everything appeared to be plugged in. They said they would talk to the maintenance guy and let them know. Nobody ever came or followed up. The beds sink down in the middle, there are no elevators to get to your two bedroom suite on the second floor, the downstairs bedroom remained hot while the rest of the unit stayed freezing. The breakfast was decent although there was no variety. "
