The master bath was lacking some cleanliness with mildew on the shower tile grout. Our largest issue was with maintenance. Our first morning there the shower head detached upon use. We texted with a property manager and were told maintenance would be there tomorrow (Tuesday) to fix the issue. We never heard back and the shower head was not fixed. On Wednesday (the day before check out) a shower head was dropped off in a shopping bag inside our door. We did not bring tools on vacation and were unable to make the repair ourselves. Upon messaging property managers again we were simply told sorry someone should have installed that or you. This resulted in sharing 1 shower with our teenager which was not ideal or what we had paid for. ##### Leslie G. A little disappointed with entry and courtyard. Just weeds. They had bikes but all tires were flat. No remote for garage but there is a pad. Roof top area was messy and not taken care of. Would definitely stay here again. My one suggestion would be to have a key or keypad for the two back doors. I wanted to be able to lock all doors when leaving, park in the garage when returning, and go in through back door. However there was no key. Easy walking access to most all of the Historical District Sights. Easy to get to Airport, Tybee Island, etc. The roof top seating was an added bonus.
