Enjoy our spacious home and make memories on our large outdoor patio with dining tables, a bar, ping pong, cornhole, and giant Jenga! We are located just 8.5 miles from downtown Savannah, and a scenic 30-minute drive will take you to beautiful Tybee Island. The Space: Upon arrival, you will find a parking pad outside the screened-in patio. After you have parked, you will access the home through the patio to enter the house. Once inside, you will be greeted by our open concept living area. You will have access to a 70" TV complete with Roku in the living room. Multiple couches (including a queen-sized sleeper sofa) ensure plenty of space to relax and chill out. The dining room is connected to both the living room and the kitchen. It has an oversized farmhouse-style table with benches and chairs. This table easily seats 8 adults comfortably. Our kitchen is newly updated with stainless steel appliances and the basics you will need to settle in and feel "at home." With 5 generously sized bedrooms, there should be plenty of room for large families or groups to find a space that fits their needs. Bedroom #1 has a king-sized bed with an additional queen-sized sleeper sofa. This room serves as the master suite and has its own bathroom and an additional 50" TV complete with Roku. Bedroom #2 is perfect for the kids! With two twins over full bunk beds, you can comfortably sleep 6 kids in this room! Bedroom #3 has a queen-sized bed and shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with bedroom #4 with two full-size beds. Bedroom #5 rounds out the sleeping arrangements with a king-size bed. Our home has 3 full bathrooms, a washer and dryer on-site, and a wonderful covered porch complete with a bar, lots of seating, and plenty of fun and games for all ages! While our house does have a wheel chair ramp our house is NOT ADA compliant. Guests will not have to navigate any stairs with exception to the master suite which has two steps leading down into the room. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have about our home! We look forward to hosting you! We have a community game area with a great deal of seating and a grill. It also consists of different games such as volleyball, corn hole, ladder toss, and more! Please note, One of the king bedrooms requires you to go down a few stairs, the rest are all on the main level! For dock access, walk across the street. There is a little parking lot with a Patriot Family Homes sign between the condos and the orange duplex. By the water, there is a metal gate leading to a long double decker dock. Please fill out the dock waiver to receive the gate code. With a gorgeous view and easy access to everything that makes Savannah so charming, you will find yourself right at home in our sweet southern retreat! Please feel free to inquire about our other properties for larger groups or multiple families as part of the "Retro Rainbow." Pets welcome with fee. NOTE: Please pardon our construction as some of our other units in the Retro Rainbow are currently still undergoing renovations. It's nothing major and should not interfere with your stay :) Guest Access: The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. The Neighborhood: Our location on the marsh provides the perfect back drop for what makes Savannah so charming! Large mature trees dripping in Spanish Moss, breezy nights and a location that is close to dining, shopping and adventure. With in walking distance to Pearls Salt Water Grill where you can enjoy a delicious meal with a gorgeous view! Getting Around: We recommend driving and offer parking for our guests. However, Uber and Lyft service the area as well. With in walking distance to Pearls Salt Water Grill. A local favorite! Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Our short term rental permit number for this home is OTC-023302. Interaction with Guests: We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We arrived in the city 9:30 pm with 5 children and had to be given new accommodations that did not work out. The hotel rooms were just NATSY!!! Unclean unhealthy, debris blowing out of the ac/heating units that were visible on the white covers on the beds. Some of the rooms had urine on the side of the toilets and the smell was not pleasant. Hair and dirt were inside the beda after covering was pulled back. We could not stay there and feel safe and secure. We weren’t the only people complaining. ##### Eugene Séjour de 2 nuits en novembre 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Nina 28 oct. 2025 Points forts : Propreté, confort de la chambre The size of the place and location was amazing! The big downside was the condition of the place..the toilet wasn’t flushing on arrival in one of the bathrooms, the other bathroom lacked hot water and we were short a couple of linens. The host’s staff was receptive to getting this addressed. Things like the toilet and linens were fixed by the next morning. The cold shower and gas stove mislabeling were not fixed unfortunately. There was also no details provided about the checkout procedure until I asked for it. Also, the check-in and check-out time differed from what was advertised by an hour each way!!
