Well, I was excited to stay at this place. But, the door couldn't unlock. After more than an hour of trying with customer service and the handyman, while freezing, it was decided we were out of luck and would be staying at a different location. The person offering the second location said it would be a 4 bedroom unit but I could only use one room because the cleaning fee would be more than the cost to clean the entire first place just to clean an additional room. I wasn't intending on using other bedrooms. But, this made me feel as though i couldn't relax and enjoy the space because it was a mote expensive unit and I may be charged more if anything that shouldn't be touched was. While the location was clean, comforatble, and beautiful, I really didn't feel as though i could simply relax. The neighbors in the unit below us slammed doors at all hours day and night. I did email the host. They wrote back saying they contacted the guests and asked them to be more respectful. The guests did not. The stay was just okay because I never really felt like I got the relaxing stay i paid for. I stay at this type of lodging for the sole purpose of the "at home" feeling.
