"The staff were super kind, 5 stars! The facility is heavily used. Being next to the Mall of America contributes heavily to that. So keep in mind the turnaround time is short for the staff to clean, and it shows. If you're looking for squeaky clean and up to date rooms, this isn't your place. But convenience to the mall and airport are on point. No bugs and no blood, bed was comfy, shower was clean. Based on convenience alone, i'd stay again! Plus the TGI Fridays next door didn't hurt."
