The best time to visit Saussey is during late spring and early autumn, specifically from May to June and September to October.

These months offer pleasant weather, with comfortable temperatures that are ideal for exploring the rolling hills and vineyards of Bourgogne. You'll find the countryside at its most picturesque, with blooming flowers in spring and the rich colours of the harvest season in autumn. This period avoids the hotter summer months and the cooler, potentially rainy, winter.
