PARADISE BEACH CLUB WILL BE UNDERGOING A ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT STARTING 4/21/25 THROUGH 07/30/25. 2br 2 bath in a 49 unit complex-all the comforts of home! Fully equip kitchen-King size bed in master bedroom, 2 twins in second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. Other units available. Enjoy swimming in the over sized heated pool situated on the ocean side. Quarter operated washers and dryers located on the 3rd and 4th floor. Also, bocce court, shuffle board and an exercise room. Restaurants and grocery store located across the street. Close to many Florida attractions!

Satellite Beach Condo

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. Having the beach and pool so close to the condo was great (especially since we had small children with us). Overall a big thumbs up and would stay there again.

Amazing view

The condo was perfect and the view was incredible. A lot of beachfront properties say steps from the ocean but this one did not disappoint. publix across the street was very convenient.

Great Winter Vacation

We had a great time staying at this condo! Had everything we needed and when we had trouble with the internet. We called and she told us what to do to get it back on! Had trouble with the living room tv tho. Needs better instructions on how to use. Could not figure it out! The heated pool was nice. And having a grocery store right across the street was very convenient!

Amazing View

We had a great week and would rent this unit again. Reasonably priced and has everything you need. I cannot say enough about the view. There are a lot of good restaurants close by and everything you could possibly need is just a short distance away. Enjoyed it very much.

WE STAYED ON THE 4TH FLOOR. THE VIEW WAS AWESOME - HAD OCEAN VIEW FROM THE BALCONY AND THE MASTER SUITE. THE UNIT ITSELF WAS COMFORTABLE, NOT AS CLEAN AND UPDATED AS I WOULD PREFER, BUT OVERALL IN GOOD SHAPE. WE WOULD STAY AGAIN!

Family Spring Break

We really loved staying at this property for our spring break. The property was just as described and shown in the photos. The staff that maintains the grounds really take pride in keeping everything clean, fun and friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed walking the beach. One issue we encountered was that Re nourishment of the beach started the day we arrived, so we were not able to set up on the beach as planned. Overall, we do recommend staying here!

A week at Paradise

The property is well maintained. The condo is very comfortable and in good condition. The location is perfect being just south of cocoa beach, near Melbourne, and close to Merritt Island. It should be noted that the beach front at this particular condo is very narrow and at times not accessible due to high tide. The pool is excellent. Wider beaches are within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property.

Mom and daughters fun trip!

The condo was actually way better than what the photos looked like. It was beautiful! The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare meals. Location was everything too! Very close to grocery, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful views from the balcony of the ocean, saw several dolphins daily which was a plus. Very cozy and lots of room for myself and my three grown daughters! Property manager was very attentive when needed.

Easy get away

We had just gotten off a 5 day cruise and wanted to just chill by the pool/beach for a few days and that’s exactly what we got. Pool was great(heated) and the beach was just a good. Had some windy days but over all good. May want some water shoes you will stumble upon some big rocks. But great time!

Great on the beach condo!

We came to Melbourne to visit family and the beach from Atlanta. This condo was 20 min from the airport and easy to find with lots of conveniences in walking distance, Publix and Dunkin. The view from the living area and porch is beautiful. Def enjoyed my coffee out there! The beach was nice and so was the pool. We found lots of shells since it was post hurricane. They have lots of beach toys and accessories. The kitchen had cooking stuff and the basics like a small dish soap and pods. It was clean and well maintained. There is an elevator which was nice for taking up luggage and stairs close as well. The communication from rental coordinator was great and helped us get in a hour early. Nice place to stay and a good value on the beach!

Condo was easy to find and close to a grocery store. It was an easy process to access our unit. Unit was clean (one of the first that I have rented that did not have sand/grit on the floors). No sunshine on the deck, but still enjoyed the view of the ocean. Spent a few hours picking up shells on the beach, too cool to enjoy the water. Served our girls trip sufficiently. Manager was cordial and quick to respond.

Great Condo

We stayed here for three weeks and loved it. It is in a great location on the fourth floor overlooking the pool and beach. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed for the three weeks. There are plenty of beach towels and beach equipment. I would have given it 5 stars except all the furniture is pretty worn. The kitchen chairs are pretty wobbly and my wife was hesitant about sitting on them. The beds were great through and the bedroom overlooking the beach was super, especially the sound of the waves at night. But the furniture did not detract from our wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Christmas Stay

We were supposed to go down to Florida for Christmas but our flight got cancelled. I reached out to the host to see our options, it took 2 days for the owner to get back to her. I had my sister use the rental because she didn’t get back to me about a refund or not for two days. My sister expressed that there was no dish washer soap, TVs were difficult to use, and the shower pressure was poor.
