This hotel is located in a very rough part of town. Lots of homeless people asking for money and cigarettes. They become violent when you don’t give them something. The hotel rooms are nice. Room was nice. 6th floor has no water pressure shower was just a trickle.

The hotel appear run down, broken furniture, dirty (there was a mcdonalds wrapper under our mattress, a bug trap visible and in a dirty area and what looked like ashes or dirt on the bedding), and we were approached by individuals asking for smokes. When we checked in we heard a staff and a security guard talking about recent crime and the report they were writing about.

Came here for the pool with our toddler. No pool available. Asked to speak to manager about our booking. Was lied to stating there wasn’t one on all weekend. When Expedia called the front desk they said there was a manager on. Took Expedia over an hour to reach the front desk. Awful service

I thought the staff were really polite and kind. The only issue I had was someone loud out in the hallway in the middle of the night. It lasted about 10-15 minutes and then I either fell asleep or it stopped. They might do better to just monitor the corridors throughout the night, but I otherwise was happy with everything.
