I sent my luggage to another hotel via ta-q-bin and they went out of their way to make sure it arrived on time and was properly received. Breakfast was better than I expected. Overall it offered good value for money, and is a good option to stay in Osaka. I like this chain in general, and this time it hasn't disappointed. I would stay again."
