It is a lovely furnished interior, has a spacious dining and living area to come together as a family. This family-style home has all the amenities you need for a great family vacation in Florida. It is only minutes from local shops/restaurants and 6 miles from Gulf beaches. This self-catering home is fully equipped for everyday living. The pool area is fully screened for your protection and privacy, and the pool is solar-heated. This beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated property offers all the comforts of home in a peaceful and tranquil setting. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a large closet. The ensuite has a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. The second and third bedroom has a queen size bed and all new furniture with a large closet. The fourth bedroom has two single beds with a large closet as well. The second bathroom with tub and toilet. This home comes fully equipped with lots of extra dishes and cutlery, 'real glass' wine glasses, all linens, a washer and dryer, high-speed internet (wi-fi), and Roku TV in each room. Enjoy the water, sun, and white sandy beaches on beautiful Anna Maria Island. A short 10-minute drive. Attractions aren't a problem here; bring your family to go bowling less than a 1 minute's drive; groceries and many restaurants are in the neighboring plaza, and also about 2 minutes by car. Bradenton Beach is 10 minutes away, Anna Maria Island is about 10-15 minutes away, and Siesta Key is 30 minutes away, so come check out every beach in the area! Bradenton Beach boats, many water activities, and restaurants are all nearby. 3 supermarkets within 1.5 Miles, including ALDI. Many restaurants are in the vicinity. Conveniently located to the beaches, shopping, and the Interstate to go to the amusement parks at Orlando. The pool and patio were very nice and relaxing. Tomas was very nice and very quick to get back to us when we had an issue. Just a couple of things that could be improved on, is the master bed frame was very noisy and creaked a lot with every movement. Very annoying. In the living room there could be a little better furnishing. With the huge TV it was hard with just the sectional couch. When we had 2 couples come over one evening, there wasn't enough sitting space for all of us to watch. Except for the that house was spacious and very accommodating when we had friends over. We thought about trying to renew for next year, but in the end, we decided that we wanted to check out other places for a retirement retreat. ##### jeff w. The hosts were excellent: friendly, responsive to questions, located close by if needed. Check-in was great and there were no surprises and as good as the pictures show. Anna Maria Island and multiple beaches are close by (leave home early.) There were bikes available to ride to Publix or other places nearby. There were only a few deep cleaning areas that could have been better, otherwise I would have also rated Cleanliness as a 5 because overall cleanliness was very good. Their main concern was that we were comfortable and had everything we needed! The only negative I can report, is that they are already booked for next year for the time I !
