Upon check-in, I was attended by a younger lady receptionist and when I asked her for a local electricity plug ( because I forgot to bring my own multi global plug), she tried to help but I saw she was told by an older lady receptionist that they do not provide that ( I cannot really hear what was the conversation between them but I coild see from that older lady receptionist facial expression, very unhelpful. The younger lady receptionist came back to me and apologetically told me they do not have it. Then she made anither afford to search for it and she found one for me. Next day, I asked a male receptionist if he can help me booked transport from Sapporo to Toya Kanko hotel, as I am not able to converse in Japanese. That same older lady receptionist waliked over to the male receptionist and said something to him in Japanese. After that, tbe male receptionist told me sorry they cannot help and then he walked away. The same older lady receptionist took over and told me sorry they cannot help, jnstead she told me to call myself....even though I have explained to her the booking of transportation operator speaks only Japanese which I could not undestand....she insisted a "no no no, with a 'fake' smiling on her face. Very disappointed.
