"Room was comfortable but that’s the only positive. Arrived for self check-in within the stipulated time, and the room was not cleaned since the last guests. When I said no, they said that actually they’re just confused with another reservation and they will send a cleaner. Had to wait awhile. Overall very stressful and terrible lack of service - I can’t properly explain...

"I was told that a couple hundred years ago this used to be a church. The renovation has maintained some of that atmosphere in the entry area and you can still see vestiges of alter area and balconies overlooking it.. The place has been beautifully renovated. Though the bedroom is a bit small there is a bathroom and large walk in glassed shower shower with substantial waterflow. The upstairs area has lovely seating and a breakfast area. The breakfast is well presented and good. There is a small park area across from the hotel. Good value for the price and helpful staff."

"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could be improved, as there is room for more variety and better options. The location is good for exploring Ponta Delgada city and its historical sites, with many attractions easily accessible. However, if you plan to explore other parts of the island, I highly recommend renting a small car,(free street parking after 8pm. The parking meter kick in 8am, so just get your parking ticket for next morning, very convenient. Overall, very nice place to stay when visiting Azores."

"This hotel was so darling. I really enjoyed my stay. I had a room that overlooked the pool which I really liked. The pool area was super nice, and they even have a resident cat! There is a banana farm in the back, so when I was there you could eat the fresh bananas. Breakfast was quite nice and appreciated. The staff was helpful and friendly. The parking out front on the street can be tricky, but there is a free lot a couple blocks away. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again for sure."

"The hotel is well located within 15 minutes walk to downtown. Parking is available for additional 5 euros, however there is plenty of parking spaces in front of hotel and it's free from 19:00 till 08:00 next day. Pay at meter. Hotel includes breakfast bar, although it's exactly the same every day so it gets a bit tiring. However, it's convenient and plenty of food to fill up before your daily activities. They provide beach towel service for free, which was very welcoming and convenient. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel has a pool, which we didn't use so can't comment on it. Overall we were satisfied and would recommend."

"This was an excellent spot for us to stay during a quick turn in Ponta Delgada. Entry instructions and communication were excellent. While there is no staff at night, all the required amenities were in place. Breakfast was supplied in advance and made traveling very easy. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable.
