Excellent hotel and lovely staff.

Really nice hotel with a nice pool. Spacious rooms and really friendly staff who couldn't do anything more to help. I would stay here again definitely. Good location too walking distance to hubs of bars and restaurants.

We recently stayed at the Aelia and it was incredible. The rooms are very nice, cleaned regularly and in a great location for getting to restaurants, shopping and the bus stop. The reception staff was amazing and super helpful, from offering tips on things to do to making arrangements and scheduling transportation for us. Onour went above and beyond to make our stay even better. Making sure we had everything we needed, felt comfortable and enjoyed our time there. I would definitely stay here again.

An absolute steal

This hotel was amazing. The room was huge, and the bathroom was incredible. Wifi signal was not 100%, but everything else made up for it. If you're looking for a relaxing, affordable hotel, this is the spot. It's a nice walk away from Fira and not far from the coast in Imerovigli, where you can see the sunset. The hotel staff was lovely, and I was comfortable and relaxed my entire time there. I highly recommend it.

Great location - Non existent service

This hotel is in a great location just out of the expensive $2000 plus a night area but in a 5 min walking distance to them. You get an awesome sunset 2min walk from the other side of the hill and an awesome sunrise from your balcony. The service at this hotel however is non existent. If you need your room cleaned, food on the premises, knowledgeable staff, or to use the bathroom in the lobby then look elsewhere for your stay.

Bien situé; notamment pour garer la voiture un peu plus bas ou plus haut (au choix). Belle piscine, superbe service, aux petits soins avec nous... L’hôtel se situe a proximité du centre d'Imerovigli. Avec un point de vue idéal sur Ioa et Fira. Et une belle balade vers Fira à 25 minutes.

Endroit tranquille situé en dehors de la foule de gens. Très grande chambre avec commodité d'appartement. Piscine parfaite et tranquille. Personnel amicale et accueillant. L'ai climatisé est beaucoup trop petit pour la grandeur de la chambre. Service de navette très dispendieux. Plusieurs sites de soumission en ligne pour le taxi sont disponible, à essayer. Le Wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas toujours bien. Très dispendieux pour ce qui est offert, mais c'est Santorini! Il faut s'y faire...

Front desk/staff really make this hotel. Great pool. Very well spoken English by young man at front desk. Very hard working people. Not super fancy but great location. My boyfriend and I are 27/24 and we loved being out of fira itself, it was busy and loud in fira. Relaxing out here. Still walking distance but you may want to rent a car or atv. The bus transit system here is chaos and the drivers are amazingly rude. I would not suggest it.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and semi-modern. The location is about a 25 minute walk into Fira with slight uphill. The walk to Fira is very scenic if you find the walking trail which is along the sea. There are local places to eat too and a good gyro place called Anogi and “Why not?” which is very reasonable and family run. The pool area is a reasonable size. Great value and I would return to this hotel

Amazing staff made our stay wonderful.

Our stay at Aelia by Eltheon. Our stay was made wonderful because of Eva and Helen at the front desk who made our stay a million times better. They were always willing to help and supported us to get transfers, tell us about the area and where best to visit. They were always friendly and welcoming making us feel more at home during our stay. They were also helpful if we need more assistance or help. I would visit the hotel again if they were there. Unfortunately we did not see the owners of the hotel.

Nice hotel and good value for money in Santorini

Overall enjoyed the stay. Good value compared to most other hotels in Santorini and there is a lovely pool. The hotel doesn’t have views of the Caldera but it is a 3 minute walk. There are some great restaurants nearby. Staff were great and very welcoming. Only area we thought could be improved was the kitchenette. There were no cooking utensils and the hob could not be used (it was unplugged as staff said it was unsafe) to cook even a quick breakfast.

Hotel room was clean. But there were a few issues. Air conditioner didn't work well at all. When we booked the room we were told it had a safe in it but it did not. Hotel staff offered to move us to the room next door, but it was a smoking room and smelled terrible. Room was a bit dated but otherwise adequate. Hotel staff were great; very friendly and helpful.
