Water included in the room is confusing-it’s not clear if there is a charge. Same as slippers and flip flops. Surely they don’t reuse them. Soaps by dyptique are a treat while staying there. Rooms a big and clean and the bed is comfortable. Pillow preference was accommodated. Staff helped with taxi and direction options. Spa was lovely, included, however hot tub jets didn’t work. "I absolutely love my stay in this place!! The room was beautiful with an amazing balcony view. It was clean and spacious. The people at the reception was super nice and helpful, great hospitality. The location was just perfect! It is at a walkable distance to everything."

Palazzo D'Oltrarno - Residenza D'Epoca
Palazzo D'Oltrarno - Residenza D'Epoca"Hotel was ideally located in the center of Florence making for easy walking to major tourist areas and restaurants. The room was weirdly laid out and needed upgrades. The shower was very small with no where to hold anything. But the room was decently sized and the bed new. TV was miniscule (minor issue). The staff did help us book restaurant resos and fix our international zone issues. Really the only major problem was that the hotel is in restricted driving zones so those with a car need to...
