We were relocated at Marriot Santiago due to problems with the room at Courtyard. The front desk at Courtyard an Marriot were really dilligent, helpful and went for the extra mile to keep us well served.

I had dinner on the first night , order some meet with vegetables, and pure. the meet was ok, the pure also, the vegetables were what was left from the breakfast, disappointing this super hotel use this kind of procedure.

Could not have been better!
We chose to stay here because of the safe neighborhood and excellent reviews, and they were all true! At first a bit confusing because it’s in a high rise and you must go up to Floor 4 1/2 (button 7 in the elevator) to register, but are immediately welcomed with smiling faces and a staff that will do whatever they can to accommodate your stay. The view from the rooftop terrace on the 18th floor (with pool, gym, etc) is spectacular! Plus only one block away from the mall with spectacular outdoor restaurants. Also a nice bar and restaurant in the hotel. Especially awesome staff were Enrique at the front desk, Irma at the elevator, and Isidore and Carol in the restaurant/bar. Very comfortable room with excellent bed and smooth crisp sheets.

Great place for business or leisure stay!
Restaurant, front desk and room staff were excellent. By day 2 several already knew my name or room number to quickly get services. It was a great stay, superb location next to Open Kennedy mall/Parque Arauco. The keycard reader for one elevator was less effective, and the pool/game room were closed for maintenance.

The property is located right on Kennedy Ave., and with quick access to expressways to other areas os town. It is also a walking distance from Parque Arauco and Open Kennedy Shopping Malls. Security around the area may be an issue nowadays

The room service is a completely scam, we asked just for eating cutlery and they wanted to charged 3000 pesos, around 4USD. They said it’s the minimum fee, doesn’t matter for what you ask. So I had to go to the restaurant to pick by myself one fork and take it to the room.
