The hotel was in a great location, the staff could not have been more helpful, however the room was like a sauna in the evening, even with the air conditioning turned right up.

Great location! It is just 600-meter from the cathedral and the main sightseeings. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Staff is nice and attentive.

OK experience. Meet expectations but not more.
Fair price bit old and very small room. Has basics air con and a lift. Toiletries can be better. Inclusion of sluppers and toothbrush would be ideal. Staff friendly. Hard product needs to be improved.

This was my second booking with Capitol Boutique and I would book a third time without hesitating. The staff was very helpful accommodating my bike and taxi needs. It is very well located within a walk distance from the cathedral.

This hotel was one of the most chic hotels I've been to. The staff was very pleasant and helpful guiding me throughout the city. The room itself was beautifully decorated and very clean as well. The only complaint I would have is that the breakfast was not included in my package deal and it was 8 euros per person.

Blood on the sheets
We arrived in late on the Sunday after a long trip. As we pulled the sheets back to our horror we saw blood stains all over the sheets! We reported it to the receptionist who to her credit changed the sheets and apologised - but that was the end of it as far as the hotel was concerned. There was no message from the manager, no explanation as to what happened, no attempt to make amends much less any offer of compensation. The breakfast room is small and cramped, the buffet basic and the staff unhelpful. They never cleared the tables! Our room on the top floor was small and dark. I would certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone when there are so many others in the city to choose from.

Nice Hip Hotel
We liked this hotel. It is in a good location. It has a hip vibe. Santiago Compostela is a spectacular city to visit, and it is just right there, a block away.

Buena situación en el centro de la ciudad. Posibilidad de dejar coche en el parking propio (12€) aunque las plazas son bastante estrechas. En la habitación que nos dieron no teníamos cobertura y el wifi con regular señal.

Buen hotel con excelente atención
Me tocó una habitación en planta baja con balcón /terraza que estaba muy bien. Todo limpio y camas cómodas. Baño amplio y equipado. Como aspecto negativo destacaría el moho de las paredes junto a la ventana y también en las cortinas blackout. Buen desayuno y excelente atención de todo el personal en general. Todos súper amables y atentos. Muchas gracias :)

Hôtel molto bello e pulitissimo, personale molto molto gentile , camera confortevole peccato la discoteca attaccata alla parete e il Wi-Fi che prendeva molto poco quasi niente, anche la tele si vedeva a scatti per lo stesso motivo. Colazione ricca e abbondante nel complesso esperienza positiva

En terminos generales resulto bien mi estancia. Tan solo hubo un fallo sobre mi reserva, la hice en habitación doble (aun viajando solo) y con cama de matrimonio. Me asignaron directamente una con 2 camas. Al final dormi en una cama igual a la de una habitación individual. Por lo demás, insisto, bien todo (ubicación, servicio, limpieza, bufet desayuno, habitacion…

Hotel muy bien situado a un paso del casco histórico. Muy buena limpieza e instalaciones. Por poner una pega, para mí lo único sería que el colchón es bastante duro y las almohadas muy bajas aunque nos facilitaron una más sin ningún problema. El desayuno un poco caro, se pueda desayunar muy bien y más barato en diversas cafeterías cercanas al hotel.
