"Nice location right off of the freeway. Our room was clean, comfy, clean and we did not hear the noise as others talked about. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Easy drive to the ball game or the walk of fame. "

"We stayed here for six nights and, although our first night got off to a rocky start, the staff quickly turned things around and made the rest of our stay exceptional. We had requested a second-floor room in advance but were initially placed on the first floor. Unfortunately, we experienced noise from the room above until 3AM. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, and they responded promptly and professionally by moving us to the second floor the very next morning. I truly appreciated their swift and courteous response. From that point on, everything was fantastic. The front desk team was consistently friendly and helpful, whether it was providing extra towels or restocking toilet paper, they were always happy to assist. The manager was also a welcoming presence, greeting us with a smile whenever we passed by. The onsite guest laundry was a huge plus, very convenient and easy to use with an app instead of coins. The small shop near the front desk offered a nice selection of snacks and drinks, and the breakfast for guests. Our room was clean, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There is a $10/day parking fee. The hotel’s location is also ideal, close to the freeway, shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service. I will definitely return! "

"I like how this hotel is right on UCLA campus, making it very walkable to a location that you may need to attend there. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The place is very well taken care of and clean. I also felt very safe there. The only I didn’t like that much was that the front door must not be very insulated as you could constantly hear people close their doors or hear people talking clearly in the hallways which made it difficult to sleep through when people came back in the middle of the night. Aside from the noise concern, everything was amazing and I even ordered room service in both breakfast and dinner and both were very good quality and good portions. "
