Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.  
  
DETAILS: Discover delightful WaterColor at 214 Spartina Circle! This cheerful 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home in the Camp District comfortably accommodates 10\. Guests enjoy WaterColor’s resort-style amenities, including multiple community pools, a lazy river, meandering walking paths, beautiful green spaces, and dedicated beach access. Imagine peaceful mornings on the porches and sun-dappled afternoons swimming and sunning at Camp WaterColor—right across the street!  
  
A bright yellow façade and charming front porch with a bench swing and Adirondack chairs set the tone of joy and relaxation upon arrival—curl up with the latest beach read or savor iced tea beneath the overhead fan’s gentle breeze. French doors lead into the first-floor great room, accented by a refined coffered ceiling. To one side is the living space, where a soft sofa and 2 matching armchairs surround a 70†Smart TV. The opposite side of the great room hosts the chef’s kitchen, fully equipped with GE appliances and plentiful counter space. Entertain loved ones and mini taste-testers at the 4-seat breakfast bar and island, which overlooks the 6-person dining table and living area. At the back of the home is a screened-in porch furnished with a table, wicker chairs, and an overhead fan. When the night ends, the primary bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and back porch access provides a serene retreat. Additionally, there’s a sleeping nook on this floor with a twin-over-twin bunk bed—each bunk has an individual TV for entertainment.  
  
Take the stairs to the second level to find a desk space in the hallway, ideal for guests who need to slip in a bit of work before hitting the beach. This level’s sleeping accommodations include 1 guest bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bunk room with a twin-over-twin bed, twin daybed, and twin trundle. Both bedrooms feature private bathrooms.  
  
Beautiful outdoor spaces and pool proximity make 214 Spartina Circle an excellent base for WaterColor fun. Guests can leisurely explore the area with parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 3 complimentary adult bikes. For beach access, choose between the access at WaterColor Beach Club or the access located on Goldenrod Circle past the WaterColor Inn. Book today!
