FABULOUS HOTEL HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
"Absolutely loved this hotel. Excellent position easy to find. Stunning area. The hotel is clean comfortable and has beautiful scenery. The terrace is surrounded by beautiful flowers plants etc. Our room was on the ground floor so had doors leading outside to a little patio area. There wes a dryer to which has been so helpful.
Breakfast….. well what can I say…… this was the best breakfast we have had in sardinia and we have been here for three weeks and travelled all around this very windy island😂
There is everything you want for breakfast for a full conitinental. The granola is amazing the fruits are plentiful and the great coffee is free flowing from their amazing coffee machine!!!!
The croissants are absolutely yum!!!!
The staff are very helpful friendly and cannot do enough for you.
My one and only semi negative is the wi go is on and off in the room. Our weather wasn’t great in April so we spent a bit more time than we would have liked in our room so we definitely noticed this.
But honestly it hasn’t changed our opinion of this fantastic hotel.
We even booked an extra night!!!!!

"Reno’s almost complete. We used 10E/day parking for our small vehicle. View from balcony nice, but view from breakfast room fantastic. Could have sat there all day. Nice breakfast. As close as you can stay to old town but still drive to door."

"The Hotel Catalunya is very well located., a few minutes away from the Old Town. The room was very comfy and well decorated. One dissapointment was however the Sky Bar opening times. It closes at 10.00 which gives you no chance of visiting if you check in late."
"Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Lovely breakfast. Perfect English spoken . Lizia remembered our room number and coffee orders at breakfast each morning. Comfortable beds. Very quiet at night. They have a car park for €15 per night. Would definitely stay there again. Very good pizzzaria just 2 mins walk away..Pomodoro"
"Amazing stay at Hotel dei Pini for 4 nights in October with variety of activities to do and many options in the restaurant.
Seaview/beach access room: clean and organized well, good lighting and a lovely patio with easy access to the beach. Quiet throughout the night.
Restaurant: Breakfast buffets available daily with a decent amount of suitable options. Dinner was great with many options, as well as a Mediterranean buffet on Monday. We skipped lunch, but enjoyed some drinks at the bar in the afternoons.
Beach side: the beach is beautiful and has clear water, with mostly soft sand and some rocky terrain around. Recliner beach chaise (chairs) were available often, even though some other guests would sometimes put towels to hold them up. Great view of the sunrise.
Water activities available beach side:
-Kayaking: available for single and doubles. This was fun with many views around the coast and great for any beginner!
-Motorized Boat: fits 3 people well, up to 4 comfortably. We rented the boat for 4 hours and traveled around the coast to the Capo Caccia and Isola di Foradada. We were instructed on how to operate the boat and all safety measures prior to leaving. Plenty of time to sightsee, as well as to take a dip in the waters.
Pool: clean waters and not so busy because most guests rather go to the beach. Great view of the sunset. Poolside drinks/snacks available to order.
Overall, amazing experience and well worth every minute of it! 5/5 would recommend!"
"This is a Gem of a hotel and a pleasant walk from Old Town (about 20 mins). Staff are lovely and friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is plentiful with a good selection at the buffet. Hotel is spotless and gardens, pool and communal areas are so well tended. We will definitely return. "
"The staff was fantastic; they made great suggestions about where to eat, which beaches to go to and how to get there on public transportation. The room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent. "
