Charming 110 year old adobe Territorial-style home near the Railyard District! Walking distance to the farmer's market, downtown and much more. Stunning two bedroom, two bath home with built in book shelves, kiva fireplace and bonus room perfect those who work from home to use as a private office.  
  
The property is completely walled in for added privacy. Enjoy the walled garden with tasteful landscaping, perfect to enjoy a morning coffee or cozy dinner or wine at home in the garden.

Historic oasis in downtown, Santa Fe, New Mexico, one of UNESCO's Creative Cities and a favorite destination for those craving artistic and cultural immersion. Casa Oñate offers and elevated experience. 1940 adobe located in Santa Fe's artsy Railyard District and a short walk to the main Plaza, Santa Fe's downtown area.  
  
The home features living room with library and kiva fireplace, dining room and kitchen plus two bedrooms and two baths. Guests can also enjoy the lovely outdoor walled garden. All spaces are beautifully and elegantly designed to be as engaging as they are comfortable.  
  
Design lovers will appreciate the artful curation and eclectic aesthetic featuring locally sourced art and objects.  
  
The home has architectural details and an abundance of natural light.  
You'll discover a collection of art, design and travel books as well as cozy nooks to enjoy them in.

Casa Oñate is a historic stand alone Territorial style adobe. You will have the full home and walled garden all to yourself with one dedicated parking spot as well as ample street parking. All entries to the house have a keypad entry and code will be shared prior to arrival.
