« Sadly, the smokers smoke right outside the entrance to the front door. I am allergic to smoke. Entering the Hotel is my first impression as to my experience. I spoke to the manager and he said he would do something, and the next day ...no change. Smokers should be moved far away from the entrance. Especially since you advertise "No Smoking Hotel." Unless this changes, I will have to find another place to bring my clients that are moving to TN. The Breakfast servers did not greet, say "Hello"...
