"Front desk staff (Andrea) holds a grudge if you’re unsatisfied. She also hangs up on you when you call (got hung up on -two separate occasion) I was unsatisfied with the shuttle process. I called once I arrived at the airport pickup area per staff instructions. However, I was not able to get in touch with front desk for about 30 minutes to request for shuttle pick-up. I did appreciate the call-back eventually, after multiple attempts. I requested late check-out and she did not make exceptions or accommodations given the previous mishap. -she instructed to request again in the AM (which is understandable) she was the AM shift as well. In the morning, I requested the late check-out and she just strait stated ‘no’. No checks if it was feasible. After a little negotiation, she budged to 30min. What was surprising is on the way out of the room… right at the 30min mark, she called the room and said ‘it’s check out time’ as we were already on the way out. We definitely felt rushed out. We waited in the lobby for a few hours as our flight was a late departure and it appeared to not be busy. Didn’t see any early check-ins or activity in the lobby. Lastly, (why I say she held a grudge) is I requested the shuttle to head to the airport and she stated 3:30p is the next shuttle out. 3:30p came along and no driver. She was no longer at the front -the next front desk stated she didn’t request it! The two drivers of the shuttle bus to and from the hotel was very friendly. "

"Beach view was great Rooms were clean Everything was great we were on the 4th in room 4/16 it was very loud one night little kids playing and screaming on the walkway around 10-11 pm And young people sitting on the walk way till about midnight but we will be back!"

"Didn’t wake up for breakfast, parking was fine.room was clean small but was only there for a one night stay , staff was very welcoming "

"Clean room. Room didn’t smell bad. Air conditioning was working well and wasn’t loud. Beds were very clean and comfortable. Coffee and water was in the room for free. Staff was very friendly and accommodating."

"Wonderful stay. Front desk, housekeeping, and room service all polite and amazing. 💕. I had left my diamond ring and they found it and held it for me. So grateful. Pool was very clean , had some ants around the chairs but no biggie. The pool bar is only open on the weekends. I enjoy my stays here. "

"On arrival, I stood at the counter for about 5-8 minutes with awkward silence and no acknowledgment from the person behind the desk. When we went to our room, the air conditioning wasn’t working- we went down to the desk to talk to someone about it - the phone in the room wasn’t working so we couldn’t call down. She let maintenance know and said someone would be up. We waited an hour and no one came so we went back down to the desk. Someone else was working at this time- he said he told maintenance about the problem 2 days ago- he moved us to a room on the first floor-this room had air. The room was poorly maintained. The hotel has three guest washers and dryers and they are all out of order. The breakfast was as it is in all the less expensive hotels. With so many options of less expensive hotels on the beach, I would go elsewhere and will not be returning to this one. There is no “hospitality “ from the workers, the hotel rooms are run down and obviously need decent maintenance. The lobby is bright and clean but deceiving for the rest of the hotel"

"Yes for us beach view was excellent! My wife love it. From the 8th floor! The staff was unbelievable and willing to help in anyway needed. Sorry didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel ate it at I hop just a short walk."
