« The room was clean and many families were there. There was a very broken AC unit near a door and the hotel overall looked dingy. The room was clean. However, I continued to receive wrong information which affected our stay. For example, the night person told us that breakfast the next day ended at 9:30 am. We arrived at 9:15 am and the breakfast area light was off. When I talked to a staff member she told me it closed at 9. I then explained to her that we were told it was open till 9:30. Another...

« The room was very dirty, we came late so we just dealt with it, but the carpet wasn’t vacuumed, the hard floor had not been mopped or swept in a long time, and the tub was peeling paint badly.
