« We had a great time hanging at the cabin, especially the fire pit by the pond. We used the cabin as a base for going to Holiday World, as it's not a far drive. »

« When we got to our room the first thing we noticed was the bed had something on it that looked disgusting. So we were switched to a different room. The next morning I got in the shower and there was black hair on the wall and floor of the shower. I had to clean it before I could take my shower. We rented 3 rooms for that night because we were moving and our family needed to stay also. At least the breakfast was nice the next morning. »

« We were so happy with this hotel. It was clean. So very clean, the best I've seen in a hotel. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was amazing with fresh eggs, sausage, biscuits gravy, fruit, pancakes. Everything was fresh. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone. »

« The Barn in the Burgh is immediately inviting on seeing it and only continues to impress as you see the rest of it inside. We hosted a gathering here for my parents 50th wedding anniversary for my large immediate family and all their spouses and children. It was perfect. The adults were able to gather in the kitchen and living room area and . For the first time in my life my mother kicked her feet up in a recliner through the entirety of the gathering and my dad relaxed also in various areas and...

« I wasn’t allowed to check into my room until 6pm. Then when I got in my bed the mattress was so used I sunk to the bottom of the bed and could feel every spring. The next morning I got up to shower and my water pressure was just a trickle out of the shower head. »

« The host seemed fine in the beginning but we encountered a terrible bug infestation inside the cabin we had fly's, beetles, and lady bugs, all over the cabin and falling from the cracks of the cabin into our beds and luggage. And we had to buy spray just contain them for our stay but i dont feel compensated fairly for the inconvenience. They only offered 70 back for a 3 night 4 day booking...thats probably why all the cabins where empty, but the one we rented..Also the heating situation...
