We have our full-time tenant in the front guest house/converted garage. Those entrances are marked with "Private" signs. The tenant has 1 vehicle space in the driveway: in Parking Space #2. They are not responsible for the home in anyway and have their patio area divided off next to the outdoor laundry structure. The laundry structure is the only shared space. The tenant DOES NOT use the back or side yards.

Fantastic house!
We were a family (Grandparents, grown kids, little kids) in town for a wedding and this spot was perfect. Location: Great! Easy to get to Carpenteria restaurants as well as Santa Barbara. If you are attending a wedding or event at the Rincon Beach Club, this is literally 4 mins away. We had our dogs with us and the walk around the surrounding streets was very pleasant. Beds: Super comfortable! Kitchen: Great for a group. Parking: Very easy, there was one spot in the driveway and then room for more cars right outside the house on the street. Backyard: Our 3 year old daughter loved the play structure!! We couldn't have had a better time. Thank you!!

We felt immediately at home when we walked up the path to the door and entered to find roomy, comfortable surroundings with a fabulous backyard! Our host Lisa was available with a few questions we had, too! I'd return here . . .and with little kids - all was suited perfectly for them!

Perfect for family get-together
My wife and stayed here along with 4 adult children and 1 spouse to attend the wedding of a 5th child. The venue was nearby, so this was perfect for staging the event with plenty of room for people to drop by, change after a long drive, or catch a little break from festivities. The house is larger than it appears and prettier than the listing photos. Roses and hydrangea were blooming in the front yard and mature greenery kept the backyard quite private. The kitchen is huge and very well-equipped for cooking, baking, prepping or serving. The bedrooms are large and bathrooms expansive. The back yard is the show-stealer--dining area and sitting area with umbrellas, fire pit, ping-pong, huge children's gym set and a large hot tub which is the cleanest one I have ever used in a rental! Lisa was super prompt and questions were dealt with immediately. The price is very fair--we consider it a very good value. It is luxuriously comfortable for 6 adults; hide-a-beds and a roll-away would make it possible for 8 or 9 with just a little squeezing together. We were very pleased with our entire stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking in this area.

Perfect Family Retreat
The floor plan of this home is so well thought out. Plenty of room everywhere for a family to spread out, Kitchen is spectacular, bathrooms have plenty of counter space and mirrors. The back yard is so relaxing. I will definitely return!

Lovely Loon Cottage - convenient location
Loved all of the nice home touches - super nice kitchen, beach chairs & equipment, bicycles (didn't use them), spa, beautiful yards, and very family friendly. Host Lisa was very responsive and informed us about things in the area. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend this home!
