"We've stayed at many places in Carpinteria over the years...this one was one of the best! Close to beach, super clean, affordable and has everything you need. Mark was very quick to respond to any questions. The condo is a perfect place as its walkable to town.BTW... Carpintieria recently opened "Linden Square" - a great venue with restaurants and outdoor seating. Such a great addition to the town (although we love all the other restaurants too).We definitely will be back!"

"Room itself was super clean and staff was awesome but our room in particular was extra loud. Most of the rooms have double panned windows but ours was closest to the street and had wooden door like windows that let all the sounds in. Also walls are very thin, we could hear everything from the rooms surrounding us. "

"The location was perfect and the unit had everything we needed. The sofas and the bed were very comfortable. Parking was a breeze. Overall a really good place to be."

"Gorgeous property with amazing unobstructed view and access to the beach. Host responded quickly. Lots of nice amenities in the kitchen, bathroom plus had cozy blankets for the couch. Would definitely recommend!"
