A blend of Spanish and Italian influences is reflected in the curved archways, multiple terraces, and expansive outdoor patios—perfect for enjoying Santa Barbara’s idyllic climate from sunrise to sunset.

The home features two primary suites. The top-level suite is a private haven, complete with a king bed, fireplace, wrap-around balconies, and its own living room and kitchenette. The en-suite bath includes a jetted tub and separate shower, with windows framing lush outdoor views. The second suite, on a lower split level, also offers a king bed, private balcony, and full bath.
