This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not permitted.

This pet-friendly property welcomes dogs with prior approval, but unfortunately cannot accommodate cats.

Please note that this is a multi-level home with stairs throughout.

The home is equipped with portable air conditioning units in select rooms rather than central air conditioning.

POWER OUTAGES & SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS:
Planned or unplanned power outages and interruptions to utilities or services, including electricity, water, internet, and cable, may occasionally occur and are outside the control of Santa Barbara Vacation Rentals and the Property Owner. This may include utility-provider maintenance, Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS), weather-related events, or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be provided for inconvenience, loss of use, loss of perishables, or other impacts resulting from such outages or interruptions. When advance notice is available, we will make reasonable efforts to notify guests. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for protection against unexpected trip disruptions.
