The single-story main house has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. A guest apartment with efficiency kitchen is attached to the main house and graces the free-form pool and spa. The pool house is not included with the rental and is used as storage for the owners. An extensive patio with built-in heaters wraps around the back of the home creating optimal outdoor living at it's finest! AC available in the primary bedroom and the attached 2nd unit. There are roses, raised planting beds, and many producing fruit trees (avocados, citrus, etc.) in the garden and fully fenced yard. Community of 9 homes has access to a private tennis court. If you are someone who seeks privacy and finds stunning ocean views irresistible, this property will not disappoint. Don't miss this opportunity to rent this property! This house does not have live TV service. All smart TVs are equipped with apps (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube TV and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. Unit has fast wifi. There is private parking for 3 cars. \*Not available for daily rental.
