The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and nice. There was a very good breakfast restaurant close by. Hotel located on same street as the downtown. This hotel is a very good value compared to what else is in Santa Barbara.

We stayed for Labor Day weekend. It was decent for the time being. Staff was helpful and check-in/out was fast! Wish the pillows were a little more comfy. Other than that, a pretty good bargain hotel for the price!

The staff was helpful and nice, but the room needed work. There was lots of mold in the shower. Bedding was poor. A large dead bug in the bathroom when we arrived.

Orlando was always very friendly and helpful every time I talked to him. Same with other staff I met. I stayed for several days and all my needs were met with smiles. I will definitely stay there whenever I am visiting Santa Barbara.
