A quiet, well managed property on State Street, walkable to the SB Public Market which is a great upscale food court—also near plenty of shopping. A short drive to the harbor and beach. They also have a little snack shop in the lobby…Very pleasant and nice people.Would stay here again.

Orange Tree Inn is perfect for what we need...a place to rest our heads after a late night. Location is perfect, close to everythin SB has to offer. Bonus walking distance to Garretts (best breakfast). Will stay here again.

Great spot and great price

I was surprised with the room. The amenities were great. We needed a room for one night and it was perfect. Only issue was the city broke the water pipe and we did not water to use for awhile. It was on later that evening
