The Querque Hotel

The Querque Hotel

8/10 Good
"The Querque hotel was quirky. It is an older hotel with some nice character but it is starting to look run down. Flooring is primarily carpet and was disturbingly sticky. The amenities were very good especially the laundry room and the pool. There is a central courtyard and all access is controlled by room key cards. It has an indoor pool with a hot tub and sauna. The courtyard adjoins the courtyard of the sister hotel the Crowne Plaza which gives you access to a large heated outdoor pool. We stopped here again on our return trip but due to maintenance issues they put us up in the Crowne Plaza. If traveling through again I’d likely stay at the Crowne Plaza instead but the Querque is a bit cheaper."

"The price is good for the location and it is clean. They have to change the door access cards or the system...got hard time to open it in first time."

"This resort is amazing. Everything was so clean, modern, and colorful. We will definitely stay here our next trip to Albuquerque. The only downside was shower. It was like a trickle of water, no strong pressure."

Sonesta Simply Suites Albuquerque Midtown

Sonesta Simply Suites Albuquerque Midtown

10/10 Excellent
"Upon arrival we were told we couldn't check in till exactly 4:00 pm which I guess is standard. Staff behind the counter were nice and helpful. There are signs all over the place indicating there is construction happening due to the construction, parking was very limited. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The refrigerator and kitchen were also clean. The hotel was super expensive however due to the balloon fest happening that weekend they did not have breakfast or coffee in the lobby"

"I wish hotel can provided glasses instead of using the paper cups. And espresso machines can be upgraded for more modernity."
