Pousadas à Santa Ana

« Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Breakfast was ok, overall a clean, quiet place. »

« In general the room was cleaning tidy. I did not experience any bad surprise. »

« Parking fees extremely expensive (20$/day). Just across the street cheaper parking lots (15$/day). At Murphy avenue there is plenty of residential streets for free parking. Parking fees have not been stated in « additional fees » where it should normally be shown for the clients clear understanding. The room/hotel did not have WiFi. Hilton made it as an option whereas in the ad, it was clearly stated « free wifi ». The room did not even have a mini fridge. I was disappointed of the hotel...

« Hôtel très bien et propre . Parking gratuit très pratique . »

There is a nice place for getting a breakfast on site, though not part of the hotel. The interior is a bit worn down and could do with an upgrade. The lock to the main entrance did not work so anyone could easily get into the building. The internet was down during my stay but they worked on getting it fixed. It is located withing walking distance to a big mall, cinema, and several...

« Accueil nul. L’hôtel me paraît un peu à l’abandon. »

« This property was a great location and setup for our family trip. It gave us quick and easy access to all the area sites including Disneyland. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The unit was well stocked with supplies. Check-in and out was easy and the cleanup requirements were reasonable, which I always appreciate. For those visiting, know the road noise can be loud. We live in a rural area so this was a difficult adjustment for us at night. For others this is probably...
