Great place, great area!

Family stay

Very nice loft with plenty of space, my family of 6 enjoyed our stay and my kids loved the climb up the ladder to go to sleep it was "so cool" to them lol. Easy to access and simple instructions.

The Night Before Disney

Everything was very cleaned and organized! Loved the view and the loft neighbors were really helpful navigating the place! The outdoor view is very relaxing and more spacious than the pictures give it credit for. Would definitely recommend!

We were here for a family funeral. Would stay again. Rooms were surprisingly quiet. Clean and as described.

Clean & Great Location

We had a lovey stay here. The host got back to us promptly with any questions, and most importantly the space was clean and the bedding and towels were fresh. Our son (12 yr) did not have any issue making his way up and down into the loft, but it is steep. We used this as a crash pad for Knots Berry Farm, however we enjoyed our morning and nightly walks through the historic district. There is a great little small business coffee shop downstairs as well as some delicious restaurants in the area.

Great spot, good host

It's a lovely little studio in a fantastic location in downtown Santa Ana. Very quiet, despite it being near a lot of buzzy restaurants! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful.

Clean place. Downtown vibe.

Nice place. Clean. (Strong smell of pine sol upon entry.) Comfortable beds. Kitchen was stocked well enough for our needs. This was our home base during a Disney trip, so we weren't there much besides nighttime to sleep. Only a 12 minute drive to the parks. The teenagers loved the loft vibe. The neighborhood was okay. I realize it's downtown area and not the suburban feel and was prepared for that. We came upon a couple of inebriated individuals in or near the parking garage during our stay (at midnight upon our return from the parks) and a couple of individuals woke us up around 5:45 a.m. our first morning there while having a loud argument. After those experiences, we saw a security guard walking the perimeter of the parking garage during the rest of our stay. Overall a decent stay. Downtown vibe.

Used as Home base for University visits

Victors communication and information went above and beyond when he told me exactly how far each University we were visiting was from his condo. Check in was smooth. Parking …if you’re in and out just to change clothes or drop something off did not charge you. Secured parking. Right above 4th street market, live entertainment at night, usually quiets down by 9:30. Can walk to Starbucks, restaurants and Main Street well lit at nights

OBSESSED

LOOOOVED this spot. Bed was very comfy. Always wanted to live in a loft. So glad I got to live my dream out for 20 hours. The only thing was I couldn’t figure out WiFi. But that’s about it. Victor was very kind and very responsive when contacting him. It was such a cute spot. I wish I would have been able to stay longer.

Disney Crash Pad

We wanted an economical option for a quick one day visit to Disneyland, and this place was perfect for that. The name of this property is very accurate! Although it's a small studio type apartment, it is VERY spacious and roomy for a large group with plenty of places to sleep for all of us! If you're looking for privacy, this is not for you - but if you're wanting a fun sleepover type of experience with the family, this is perfect! Victor was wonderful with communication and directions. I highly recommend. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
