The beds and rooms were a little on the small side but adequate for a short stay. The sofa was comfy and my daughter used this as a sofa bed which she was happy with. The location was good, near to shops and beech. The parking in the rear ally was a little creepy and the bulb had gone the second night which made it tricky to park. Owner was informed but didn’t seem particularly keen on sorting the issue, however he was responsive. There is no air conditioning in the flat though we did manage to find a few fans for the rooms which were good. There were a few bulbs out on the standing lights in rooms. Would be nice to have bedside lamps. Would have also been nice to have some pictures on walls to make the place a little less bear looking and maybe some coffee to put in the machine would have been a nice touch for the tired traveller!! Overall the apartment met our needs for a 2 night stay, was clean and in a good location. ##### Natalie H. There was not one picture or any decoration in the apt. It was sterile and bland and uninviting. There was a bed and two metal trays on stands. Not a dresser or a drawer or anything to put your clothes in. A closet with a few hangers. The kitchen was sparsely equipped one butcher knife and one med sz knife. Only 4 forks, spoons and reg knives. The walls were dirty and not well kept. Mold growing in the barroom. The back drive way area were you had to drive down was filled with trash, old mattresses and trash cans over flowing. We ran into another couple staying in another unit from Tennessee and they were very disappointed in the place, as we were. No AC in the unit but they had fans. The Wi-Fi info was incorrect and we couldn’t get on. It is extremely painful to sleep on as it has no cushion and hard springs poke through. We had to combine the 2 single beds for our 3 teenagers to sleep on for a week which was also uncomfortable. Manager responds quickly to messages. Good price for a 2-BR in this area. Cons: Feels like a management company bought it, painted the walls, and furnished it from Target. Minimally equipped kitchen. Mostly bare walls give it a bleak, empty feel. Just 1 blanket per bed (in December). Two rolls of TP provided for a 10-day stay by 3 people. When we requested more, the manager said "that's the starter allotment." Parking is in a narrow alcove in back of the building, which takes a lot of back and forth to get your car in while avoiding scrapes. ##### Udi S. So I and my two company guests could not enter. Owner did not answer the phone. After spending 2 hours in front of door, 1 guest left. Owner gave me a call and told us how to use emergency key. I and 1 guest entered the room. Because we wasted 2 hours around midnight and one person left, I asked refund. but Owners simply rejected. This is terrible ##### HAISEOK L. Location was an easy enough access to downtown LA, Hollywood, Santa Monica, etc. while being much less expensive than a rental in Santa Monica. Beds were comfortable. Weather was great while we were there in July, but I know you can have hot enough days that you need an AC, and there is not one. ##### Adrianne R. We were there four days and happy. Good TV. Got confused by digital lock at check in, but host answered his phone. Extremely uncomfortable couch, do not book the sofa bed, it's hard enough to sit on.
