Lovely rooms and a great breakfast!

Amazing size room very clean and wonderful staff all around highly recommended

Great location. Newish hotel with fresh and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was basic but overall pricing was good.

The location was easy and good for my activities. The gym was limited so I paid to use a gym in walking distance.

It was a good experience. Morning breakfast was excellent. Stuffs were very friendly.

Clean room, Great Breakfast, Friendly & helping staff. Hottub was cold unfortunately

Really nice

Visited this Marriot on a recent trip to Houston. This location is situated within the Pearland Town centre. It was difficult figuring out google maps where it was located but basically in the middle of Pearland town centre. Parking is at the back. You can access the building from the parking lot which leads you to the lobby the prooble I had was the smell. They put a super strong air freshener that is sickening. It’s not normal that it has to be that strong so I am assuming it’s to present...

A lot of parking. Staffs are helpful. Air conditioning is good.

Breakfast was good, parking was safe, overall experience was good. thanks.

This is a great location for where I had to travel to. It took about 40 minutes to go to the airport after checking out. I chose this place due to the breakfast buffet. If you expect gourmet food, you'll be disappointed. I expected food that would sustain me, and the options available were good. Staff are nice. One small gripe is having one towel per person but I'm sure if we asked the staff, they would have gave us an extra one. If I have to do a visit near this hotel again, I would re-book....

Breakfast should be labeled with specific designations such as 'vegetarian' or 'vegan' on items like bread, muffins, and other baked goods to clearly indicate their dietary suitability.
