The carpet needs replaced, but it’s not a huge deal. The biggest issue is that the noise level from the floor above the unit and from the street is pretty loud. Everyone had a tough time sleeping because of all the noise, even with sound machines going. We booked for 2 nights and ended up getting a hotel for the second because it was so bad.
