The place is located in a quiet area. The only real “noise” beyond birds, was the sound of forklifts taking boats in and out of the water. Very cool to watch! The condo looks newly renovated and the living room/dining area is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Andy was easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. Our main reason for staying here was for walleye fishing in Lake Erie. The condo was nice, clean, and big. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. We rented a boat slip in the marina. The closest boat launch was a couple of miles down the road at the state park. There is no fish cleaning station at the marina, but there are other areas you can clean them or there are fish cleaning services near by. The only negative that we had was some very loud neighbors one night, but that's not the owner's fault. We'd definitely stay again! ##### Amanda S.
